REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product.
We accept items for exchange if sizing is wrong. There are no refunds unless a defective product is received with proof.
Items exchanged for sizing must be in the same condition that you received it. Must be new unused with original packaging, with tags, and no odor. You'll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for cost of product. Shipping is not refunded.
Customer is responsible, so insuring packages is highly recommended. SHIESTY DREAMS will not be responsible for any packages lost in mail. If we do not have desired size available we can exchange for a product of same value for exchange.
Once product is received at our location we will email you to complete exchange process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
